Yes, if you're not happy with your order, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders are non-returnable/refundable What if my order arrives damaged? We protect the decks well, however, from time to time, damage can happen during shipping. In this case, we will happily organize a replacement.

These were great... arrived promptly, packaged efficiently and well, and my daughter loved the design. We goofed, not realizing that the printed side is the bottom of the board, so when mounted it will curve towards the wall... because of the added space needed, they didnt work for the intended area. The seller was quick to respond to our need for a return and we are awaiting the refund. That said, the product was top notch and the design graphics were terrific. Id highly recommend this and this shop if it works for your space!

I ordered these skateboards and they are absolutely beautiful! The quality and artwork are amazing. My first board arrived with a small chip, but the seller responded to me right away and handled everything so professionally. They sent me a replacement quickly, and the new one came in perfect condition. I really appreciate the great customer service and how fast they fixed the issue. I would definitely order from them again!
